Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing time refers to the period before an order is handed over to the courier.

Shipping & Dispatch
Once processed, orders are either picked up by or delivered to the postal service on the same business day. Customers will receive tracking details directly from the courier, typically updated within 24 hours of dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times
Any delivery timeframes displayed on product pages or provided at checkout are estimates only. They are based on standard operating conditions and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery within a specific timeframe.

Delays
Delivery times may be extended due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:
